 3385:   Production Manager:  Blown Film Extrusion. OH location, within 40 miles of Celina on the northwestern side of the state. Facility is growing and expanding and additional opportunities and promotions may become available within a year. You will be responsible for overseeing the second and third shifts including approximately 15 employees total. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for off shift production and executing company policies and procedures to ensure safe production of quality products for the companyís customer base. Company requires at least 5 years of blown film experience with at least 2 in a production management capacity. Individuals that have a solid blown film production supervisory background and are ready to step into a full managerís position may also be considered.  3389:   Shift Supervisor:  Blown Film Extrusion: OH location within 40 miles of Celina on the north western side of the state. Company growth has necessitated openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This is a hands-on position. Candidates must have 3 years of experience within a blown film environment and at least one year in a supervisory position. Lead Operators that are ready to step into a full supervisory level position can be considered. You will be responsible for 5 reports on the shift. Must be willing to be hand-on out on the floor working with subordinates to get top quality product manufactured that meet customer specifications. Nationally known injection molding operation seeks a skilled program / product manager who can take a product from the concept / design stage all the way to production and out the door to the customer. Someone who has strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to lead and inspire team members to execute the customerís product successfully. You will identify and secure necessary resources, keep track of the programís progress and ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485/2003k and AS 9100 are needed. The Sales/Account Manager will be responsible for growing sales in the western us region. This position will target new customers and markets where stretch films are consumed. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a fast paced environment, assisting with startups & shutdowns of machinery for daily maintenance and maximizing production while ensuring quality for the line assigned. Will troubleshoot quality and processing problems and make corrections accordingly. Will accurately measure machine performance, scrap, waste, and downtime and be able to develop improvement techniques to improve efficiencies and reduce downtime, scrap and changeover times. Other responsibilities will include picking and labeling orders, assisting in routine maintenance of the machinery and building, and managing both raw and finished inventory.
