 3405:  Blow Molding Technician:  TX location, 30 miles northeast of the Dallas area. Plastic manufacturing facility is seeking a Blow Molding Technician. Company needs an experience and highly motivated individual to join their team. Candidates must be responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of high volume blow molding machines. Will monitor production quantities for color change, mold change and product completions and be responsible for mold changes and machine adjustments. Will troubleshoot support equipment (grinders, blenders, hopper loaders, and chillers and be able to recommend methods to improve processes and practices, equipment performance and efficiency of operations. Nationally known injection molding operation seeks a skilled program / product manager who can take a product from the concept / design stage all the way to production and out the door to the customer. Someone who has strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to lead and inspire team members to execute the customer’s product successfully. You will identify and secure necessary resources, keep track of the program’s progress and ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485/2003k and AS 9100 are needed. Medical device injection molding is a plus factor.
